Chief of Staff for Global Priority Clients, HSBC Private Bank

HSBC selected Anat to coach our Global Collaboration Conference in London in February 2014. The event was attended by some 65 senior executives, from our Private and Commercial Banking divisions, in 12 different markets across the globe. The objective of the event was to build far greater resonance and commitment to deeper collaboration between these divisions as well as the relevant support functions in all twelve markets.  Concretely, to increase the volume of referrals of wealthy business owners and senior executives to our private banking division. LEAD Global employed a variety of powerful coaching tools and displayed exceptional mastery throughout the two-day offsite to generate a real step-change in attitudes and behaviours across the global teams. The feedback and engagement coming out of the conference was exceptionally positive and translated into a number of robust work-streams launched globally.  Furthermore, reversing the trend of steadily decreasing volumes over the prior four years, the conference has been a pivotal element in our collaboration initiatives, supporting a 130% increase in monies referred to the Private Bank in 2014 (vs. 2013). There can be no greater testament to the efficacy of the LEAD Global coaching and as a result, we have moved on to collaborating with LEAD in different markets and for our efforts with the Retail Banking and Wealth Management division.  I cannot recommend LEAD strongly enough.
